Shipping policy

salimpex vanilla ships to all EU countries using trusted carriers including Zásilkovna (Packeta), PPL, DPD, and Balikovná.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3 business days within the Czech Republic and 3–7 business days to other EU countries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@salimpex.cz within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
All shipments are within the EU and are not subject to customs duties. VAT is included in the product price where applicable.
